Cropmarks centred on above NGR: possible double enclosure with pennanular ring ditch in SE corner, pits, see also TL81-080, 8342. <1> According to OS field report, 1976. "The fields surrounding Little Totham Hall and church are under plough. No trace of a medieval settlement pattern could be seen on the surface. The debris that is visible is to the north of the church and is relatively modern. A dark soil mark accomanies it and although now under plough they fall in an area that is shown on the OS 6" as garden and orchard on the east side of the hall." <2> <3> in <1> AP refs: <4> - <8> |
